Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods (Lift) and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years.2. The satisfactory completion of Supply & Installation of lift with a value of at least Tk. 85.00 (Eighty Five) Lac in single contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous body /Private Organization of Bangladesh.3. The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PG3-8 in original form) of Tk. 110.0 (One Crore ten lac) Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable. (PG3-8 form attached in section-6)4. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter in favour of tenderer (e-PG3-6) from manufacturer must be submitted. (e-PG3-6 form attached in section-6)5. Sole Agent/Distributorship certificate from Lift manufacturer must be submitted.6. Technical Proposal & Marked Catalogue sealed & signed by Manufacturer Company shall be submitted.7. Terms & Conditions of Lift must be fulfilled (attached in section-6).8. Assurance certificate for after sales service from the Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor.9.
