Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed with a value of at least Tk. 8 crore within the last 5 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20 crore over the last 5 years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4 Crore.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 11 crore.6. Pre tender meeting will be held 10 april 2025 at 11 am at BMU Project office Dhaka.7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:a. Tenderer should have up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR/concerned office.b. Tenderer should have valid VAT Registration certificate from the NBR/concerned office.c. Tenderer should have up to date Trade License.d. Bank statement of transaction of last 3 years.e. Company memorandum/Company Profile.f. Tenderer should have valid Licences for Construction, Electric and related works from competent reputed govt. authority like PWD/LGED/HED/ Electricity Licensing Board etc.All other conditions of section 2 and 4 are applicable.
