  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 2 contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least Tk. 8 crore.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 25 CRORE over the last 5 years.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4 CroreThe minimum tender capacity shall be: 11 croreThe Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:1. Tenderer should have up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR/concerned office.2. Tenderer should have valid VAT Registration certificate from the NBR/concerned office.3. Tenderer should have up to date Trade License.4. Bank statement of transaction of last 3 years.5. Company memorandum/Company Profile.6. Last five years Audited Balance Sheet7.
