Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) number of building construction including civil, sanitary and internal electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 800.00 (Eight Hundred) Lac in a single contract under Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1300.00 (Thirteen Hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW3-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 350.00 (Three Hundred & Fifty) Lac.5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 950.00 (Nine Hundred & Fifty) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments).6.
