Project Name : Construction of administrative and barracks buildings of Bangladesh Police stations in various places of the country
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in Building Construction (with Pile Foundation) works of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 years of value of at least Tk.700.00 (Seven Hundred) lac. The contract(s) must have been completed under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.1400.00 (Fourteen Hundred) lac over the last 5 (five) financial Year. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) lac.5) The minimum tender capacity shall be 900.00 (Nine Hundred) lac.
