Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has-a) Up to date valid Trade license (FY 2025-26)b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificatec) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2023-24 or FY 2024-25)Obtained from NBR.d) The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works shall be at least 05 (Five) years.(e) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01(one) contract including of RCC Gate and RCC Road successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 40.00 lakh.(f) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk. 50.00 lakh.(g) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum Tk 45.00 lakh.(h) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk 32.00 lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form e PW3-8) in original form which must be unconditional(i) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board, GOB.(j) The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the Tender Data Sheet & Particular conditions of contracts.
