- Project Name : Construction of New Buildings for Anti-Corruption Divisional Office Khulna, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Barishal & Sylhet and Vertical Extension of Divisional Office Mymensingh.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 years of general experience in construction works.(b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar works of Tk. 1400.00 (Fourteen Hundred) Lac in a single tender in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 years. In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over last 5 years of Tk. 800.00 lac.(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 500.00 lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works. Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.(e) Tender Capacity of Tk. 1600.0 Lac.
