Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) five years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least (01) one contract(s) of similar nature Building Construction from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfuly completed within the last (05) five years in a single work order of minimum value at least TK. 55.000 lakh.c) The required average annual construction turnover must be TK. 50.000 lakh or more during the last (05) five years.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be TK. 25.000 lakh. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of (Form PW2a-3) mentioning the name of single work i.e single tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be Accepted.
