Project Name : Construction/Extension of Academic Buildings to Selected Govt. & Non Govt. Educational Institutions.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) five years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh of at least (01) one contract(s) of similar nature Building Construction successfully completed within the last (05) Five years, each with a value of at least Tk. 75.00 Lakh.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 65.00 Lakh over the last (05) five financial years.d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 25.00 Lakh. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of (Form e-PW2A-8) mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.
