Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works with Pre-Cast Pile works as prime contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. (experience counting backward from the date of tender publication (IFT) in the newspaper). 2.The minimum specific experience of building construction works including pre-cast pile works of at least 01 (One) contracts of successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years each with a value of at least Tk 90,00,000.00 ( Ninty lakh taka) only in a single tender in government/semi-government/autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (work completion certificates and work order copy shall have to be enclosed which has to be issued by PE's only). (experience counting backward from the date of tender publication (IFT) in the newspaper).2.Valid Trade License (up to date), Income Tax Clearance Certificate (up to date), TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate, NID card.3.The contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time under EED CHAPAINAWABGANJ by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.4.Satisfying the other criteria laid down in TDS, PCC & ITT.5.Procuring entity shall reserve the right to cancel/correct/modify the tender without assigning any cause.6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk 50 Lakh (Fifty Lakh) in the form of only PW2b-3 mentioning the name of the work, supported by bank certificate (original copy only) period should be within 28 (twenty eight) days counting backward from the last date of tender submission.
