Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.This work is under Govt. Revenue Program(7016).2. Fund will not be available for this work according to the letter Memo No. 07.101.020.00.00..009.2022-01, Date: 02-07-2023 for this year FY 2023-24 But All Work must Complete by the given Work Order time3. Bill Payment will be given only when the Fund will be available.4. Admired VAT will be upto 7.5% or more as per Govt Policy5. Admired Income Tax will be upto 7.00% or more as per Govt Policy6. Admired Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be upto 10% to 25% as per PPR 2008. Tender Security must submit by Bank Draft/Pay Order according to PPR 2008 Rule 22.7. Other criterion as given in Eligibility of Tenderer, TDS, GCC, PCC, ITT & other criterion mentioned in this tender.8. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [85] Lakh under [1(one)] of contract(s) which includes construction of at least a Building work in a single work order achieved by free/open competition/tender/bid of Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous body of BD over a period of last [05] years with at least 5 years general experience shall be required. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [50] Lakh over the last [05] years 5x50 Lakh.[For Similar Works & Turnover, years will be counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]9. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities as per ITT Clause 10.1b of TDS of the Tenderer shall be Tk [85] lakh in a day end balance of standard format. Credit facilities/Line for tender security/liquid asset(Liquid asset document must be after Tender Publishing Date)The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 85 Lakh
