  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years.2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract of Supply & Installation of Solar Lighting System with associated civil works, successfully completed within the last 20 (twenty) years with a value of at least Tk. 1.5 crore (One crore Fifty lac) in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization. (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT)The experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 2.50 Crore (Two Crore Fifty Lac) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) financial years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of the average annual construction turnover.4) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.0 Crore (One Crore).5) The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 2.20 (Two Crore Twenty Lac).
