Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shal be (05) five years.[Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.](b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least (01) one contract(s) of similar nature Building Construction Pile work from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) five years in a single work order of minimum value at least TK. 12.00 lakh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper](c) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 60.00 lakh or more during the last (05) five years.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shal be TK. 17.00 lakh. Credit facility of the tenderer shal be acceptable in the form of (Form PW2a-3) mentioning the name of single work i.e single tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID wil not be Accepted. Bank solvency certificate and bank statement wil be not alowed as liquid asset.(e) The tenderer must have to submitted up to date valid trade licence, Vat Registration Certificate, income tax clearence certificate.(f) The Bidders who have works pending which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they wil be Non responsive for this Tender.(g) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
