Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. General experience of not less than 5 (Five) Years.2. Required minimum number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (Five) years :Successfully completion of Similar works (Building Construction Works) amounting of Taka at least 35.00 (Thirty Five point zero zero) lac in a single work order/NOA of any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous organization during the last 5(Five) years.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60.00 (Sixty point zero zero) lac over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.4. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five point zero zero) Lac (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission).5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 40.00 (Forty point zero zero) Lac.6. The tenderer must also have current year (up date) Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.7.The required audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past 2 (two) years.8.
