Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Civil Construction works as Prime Contractor/ Subcontractor/ Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/ Subcontractor/Management Contractor in Civil Construction Works/ Construction of Rigid Pavement Works at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least amounting more than BDT 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lac) in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organaization.iii) The experience should be accepted by certificate issued by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent.iv) The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum BDT 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore) over the best 3(three) years in the last 5(five) financial years. Financial year wise payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.v) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac).vi) The minimum Tender Capacity BDT 90,00,000.00 (Ninety Lac).
