Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) A satisfactory completion of similar works experience of at least Tk 86,00,000 (eighty six lakhs) in any Government/Semi-Goverment/Autonomous Institution under single or double number of contracts over a period of 5 years shall be required.b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,00,00,000 (One crore).c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 70,00,000 (Seventy lakhs) over the last 5 years.d) Tenderer must submit trade license, VAT and Income Tax certificate. All documents must be up to date. To avail Tax exemption, Tribal Traders have to submit proper evidence of NBR Tax exemption.e) Bill will be paymented with the availibility of fund. Experience of work in any Rubber Dam side will be highly preferable.f) Tenderer's have BADC Contractor Enlistment will be highly preferable. (Tenderer whose are enlisted previously in BADC and applying for renewal of enlistment within this financial year will also be accepted by submission of enlistment renewal payment money receipt's clear scan copy)g) Tenderer (Proprietor) must be permanent resident of Rangamati or Khagrachhari or Bandarban district (According to NID or Smart Card).
