Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible Contractor/Supplier/Manufacturer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria:a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the electro-mechanical works as a Prime Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years*.b) A satisfactory completion of Electromechanical work of similar nature at least Tk. 24,00,000.00 (Twenty Four lac ) under a single contract within last 05 (Five) years* shall be required of this tender under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty lac) over the last 5(Five)years . A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lac). Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form published by CPTU.(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.(f) Tenderer Must have upto date ABC Catagory Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board.g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Condition of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.h) PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 shall be followed.* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
