Project Name : Construction of Residential Flats for Government Officers/Staffs at 36-Abandoned House in Chittagong.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years(*) in the electro-mechanical works.b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature (supply and installation of Sub-station/Generator) of at least Tk. 90,00,000.00 (Ninety Lac) under a single contract including minimum 1 nos 400 KVA indoor type substation or at least 100 KVA Generator within last 05 (Five) years(*) under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private organizations.c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lac). Letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.d) Up to date valid Trade license.e) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.f) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN.g) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.h) Authorization letter from manufacturer of Substation and Generator equipment.i) Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed Brand.j) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.k) PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
