Project Name : Construction of residential flats for low and middle income group of people at section-16 Mirpur Dhaka.(second revised) (self finance)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers/Contractor who have comply the following condition:-(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer supply of Generator shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 06 Nos 150 KVA Generator with built in foreign canopy and ATS at least 01(one) contract successfully completed within the last 05(Five) years amounting Tk.200.00 (Two hundred) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.Years counting backward from the date publication of IFT in the newspaper.(c) The minimum supply or production capacity per year 150 KVA Generator 12(Twelve)Nos.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e.,working capital or credit line(s) as of the Tenderers shall be Tk.200.00 (Two hundred)lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must unconditional and to be issued in favor of related supply of goods( Name of the Goods). liquid asset must be in Form PG3-8 format. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by any scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date in e-GP portal.(e) The tenderers must submitted up-to-date trade, income TAX clearance certificate, ABC Contractor-s, supervisory license and VAT registration certificate,(f) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
