  • Project Name : Construction of Residential Flat at Asad Avenue (Grihayan Kanakchapa) and Satmasjid Road (Grihayan Dolonchapa), Mohammadpur Housing Estate, Dhaka (Self Finance).
    Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned in TDS, ITT.(b) Minimum period of general experience of 05 (five) years* in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lifts.(c) Experience in successful completion of at least 07 (seven) nos 14-stops bed/ passenger type lifts with complete installation in a single contract amounting at least Tk 1300.00 lac (Thirteen Crore Taka) within the last 05 (Five) years* in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 1400.00 lac (Fourteen Crore Taka) and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PG3-8 form. The certificate submitted along with the tender must be issued within tender publication and submission date.(e) The minimum supply capacity of lift is 20 nos per year over the last 5 years*.(f) Each bidder must be the Sole agent /Representative / Distributor of the lift brand proposed in the tender and the bidder must submit its all valid supporting documents issued by original manufacturing company. Manufacturer-s certificate stating that the bidder has sufficient trained and experienced manpower to install, test and commission the lift as per EN 81-21 code and relevant standard and conformities.(g) The Tenderer must possess and submit up to date valid trade license, A, B & C Category Supervisory & Contactor-s license, VAT Registration certificate & Income tax clearance certificate.* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
