Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Updated Trade LicenseTIN with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.VAT Registration Certificate (BIN)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in RCC building construction works shall be at least 2 (Two) contracts of similar nature, complexity, and methods/construction technology, successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, contracts of aggregated value of at least Tk 75 (seventy five) crore, involving a minimum 6 (Six) storied RCC building with lift installation in any government agency, autonomous agencies, International NGO; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 75 (seventy-five) crore over the best five (5) years in the last ten (10) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20 (twenty) crore.The minimum capacity shall be Tk 60 (sixty-five) Crore.
