  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (five) years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least single (1) contract of similar nature i.e. RCC building Construction works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least BDT: 40000000.00 (Taka four Crore) in a single work order/tender in Government/semi government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in e-TD.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]03. The Tenderer should have latest enlistment document (any dept.), Up to Dated Trade License, Vat Registration, Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate from any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh etc.04. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT: 60000000.00 (Taka Six Crore). The period will be best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]05. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT:15000000.00 (Taka One Crore Fifty Lac) as mention in ePW3-706.
