Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 20 (Twenty) years.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of 18 (eighteen) storied (above ground) in a building with 02 (two) basement floors having total floor area of at least 20,000 sq.m of similar nature (e.g. Civil, Sanitary, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural Glazing, Generator And Substation etc.) complexity and methods/construction technology in a single contract successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system, with a value of at least Tk. 90 (Ninety) crore in a single work order in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Organization/ Public Owned Trust of BangladeshExperience of Completion of retrofitting works with a value at least 50 Lac.Experience of Completion of supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of Substation works with a minimum value of Tk 5 (Five) Crore in a single work.Experience of Completion of total Façade Works (Exterior Aluminium Screen and Glazing works) with a minimum value of Tk 25 (Twenty-five) Crore in a single work.In case for performing the works against serial no. 3, 4 & 5 the tenderer may nominate the specialized (dedicated) sub-Contractors with above-mentioned experience in tender and submit necessary documents as per tender schedule.Debarred firms from any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Organization/ Public owned trust of Bangladesh in last five years are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the tender.
