Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a)The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05(Five) years*.b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature works (04 Storied building including ancillary works) completed within last 5 (Five) years* with a value of at least Tk 3.00 Crore (Three point Zero Zero Crore) in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.c)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years* of Tk 4.90 Crore (Four point Nine Zero Crore) in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years* with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration.d)The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 3.00 Crore (Three point Zero Zero Crore) and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in e-PW3-8 form. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in e-PW3-8 shall not be accepted.e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 2.75 Crore (Two point Seven Five Crore).
