Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) Years.2. The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) number of minimum 4 (four) storied RCC Frame Structure Building construction work including sanitary and plumbing works, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of minimum 500 KVA substation and internal electrical works under a single contract with a value not less than BDT 1250 Lac (Twelve Crore Fifty Lac Taka) during the last 05 (Five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization.3. The required minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover is BDT 2500 Lac.4. The required minimum Liquid Asset is BDT 625 Lac in prescribed format of Credit Line certificate from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh without any alteration.5. The required minimum Tender capacity is BDT 1800 Lac.6. Debarred Tenderer (s) from any Govt./Semi-Govt. Autonomous organizations will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.7. Up-to-date Trade License, Income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration, ABC Electrical Supervisory License Certificate shall be submitted.8.
