Description:
Project Name : CONSTRUCTION OF 15 NOS 14 STORIED RESIDENTIAL BUILDING AT SECTION-9, MIRPUR, DHAKA. (2ND PHASE)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Website.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 14.00 (Sixteen Point Zero Zero ) lakhs under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 30.00 (Thirty Point Zero Zero ) lakhs in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration.d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 15.0 (Fifteen Point Zero Zero) lakhs and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2a-3 form.e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 15.00 (Fifteen Point Zero Zero ) lakhs. f) The Tenderer must possess and submit updated Valid Trade License, updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate etc.g) Other eligibility described in details in TDS.
