Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 02 (Two) nos contracts, out of which 01 (one) in civil construction works with a value of at least Tk. 2.50 (Two Point Five Zero) Crore and another separate specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of steel fabrication with a value of at least Tk. 1.25 (One Point Two Five) Crore each within the last 08 (Eight) years; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper at any Govt./ Semi Govt. / Autonomous Organization.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 07 (Seven) Crore over the last 03 (three) years or the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 03 (Three) Crore.e) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 04 (Four) Crore
