Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General experience: -The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 5(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) Specific experience: Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction works under public sector successfully completion of at least 01(one) number of RCC building Construction works with a single basement in a single contract of amount 35.00(Thirty Five) Lac during last 05 (Five) years in any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over: The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac under public sector during the last 05(five) years. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d) Tender capacity: The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 38.00 (Thirty Eight) Lac.(e) Liquid asset requirement: -The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac.
