  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction Works shall be 5 (Five) years.(b) The minimum specific experience in construction work of at least 02 (Two) contracts [01(One) RCC work with a value of at least Tk 20,20,000 (Tk Twenty Lakh and twenty Thousand) & 01(One) site development (geo textile bags) with a value of at least Tk 9,80,000 (Tk Nine Lakh and Eighty Thousand)] successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with having an aggregated contract value of at least Tk 30,00,000 (Tk Thirty Lakh).years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 32,50,000 (Tk Thirty Two Lakh and Fifty Thousand ).Payment Certificates for Construction Works in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last 5 (Five) years must be submitted along with tender; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 23,50,000 (Tk Thirteen Lakh and Fifty Thousand). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank.(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 34,50,000 (Tk Thirty Four Lakh and Fifty Thousand).(f) The Tenderer must have to enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate & Valid VAT documents.(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are given in TDS, GCC & PCC.
