Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As per Tender Data Sheet (TDS)N:B: The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender.1. The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. Certificate other than the specified format must contain the information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount etc.). A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.2. Tenderer must be Upload Tender Capacity paper (for proof of Tender Capacity as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section). A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.3. In the case of liquid asset, certificate and statement from bank should be submitted, issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.4. In the case of credit facilities, it should be sanctioned and must be submitted as per the format for the Credit Line (Form PW3-7) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in accordance with ITT Clause without alteration, issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.5. If a tenderer wants to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Liquid asset & Tender Capacity6. If tenderer submits any fake certificate, action will be taken to debarment of the organization.
