• Project Name : Implementation of essential outstanding activities under PFD, HEF, IFM, HRD and SWPMM.
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 3 years of general experience in construction works counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least one (1) number of similar contracts of 16.86 Lac completed during last 3 years.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 3 financial years of Tk. 12.04 Lac. Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit Lines or specefic credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the tenderer shall be Tk. 16.1 Lac in the prescribed form (PW2A).e) The tenderer must possess ;i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.iii) Up-to-date trade license.g) Tenderer having any delayed incomplete works under the Divisions of HED Circle-2 will be considered as technically non-responsive.h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
