Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 08 (Eight) years.; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction Works of Pre-Fabricated Steel Structure Building/Godown with civil works at least 01 (One) contract completed successfully with a value of at least Tk. 50 (Fifty) Lac within the last 08 (Eight) years; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper at any Govt./ Semi Govt. / Autonomous Organization.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 75 (Seventy Five) lac over the last 03 (three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20 (Twenty) Lac.5. The minimum capacity shall be: Taka 60 (Sixty) Lac.
