Project Name : Construction/Extension of Academic Buildings to Selected Govt. & Non Govt. Educational Institutions.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer:• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 50.00 lac. Credit Facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank Solvency/ Bank Statement Certificate will not be allowed as liquid asset as per govt. rule.satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 45.00 Lakh under 01 of contract(s) over a period of last 05 years shall be required.*The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50.00 lakh (Total Amounting Tk. 50.00 X5 = 250.00 Lakh) over the last 5( Five) years, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.• Up to date Renewed Trade License (2024-2025)• Vat Registration Certificate.
