Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Qualification Criteria are as below:(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper(ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last ten (10) years with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 Crore (BDT Eighty Crore); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(iii) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 120.00 Crore (BDT one hundred twenty Crore) over the best three years in the last five financial years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(iv) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 35.00 Crore (BDT thirty five crore)(v) The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 115.00 Crore (Taka one hun...
