Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the constructionworks as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in ship building is minimum 15 years experience having own Shipyard/Dockyard.c. The Contractor must have experienced of building pontoon for Bangladesh Navy/Bangladesh Army/Bangladesh Coast Guard/Bangladesh Border Guard/BIWTA/BIWTC/CPA/MPA/PPA/ Any other govt. Organization within last 05 (five) years.d. The Tenderer should have experience of construction and delivery of similar works (pontoon, Causeway & bailey bridge) with a value of minimum taka 10 ( ten) crore for any government organization within last 05 (five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).e. The Tenderer must have yearly steel works capability of 2500 tons.f. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6 Cr over the last 05 years.g. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.2 Cr and the document of Bank's undertaking line of credit must be sumbitted as per ITT No Clause form -PW3-7.h. Also Section-2 and Section-4 will be applicable.
