Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all Tenderers having eligibilities as mentioned below:a)The number of years of General experience of the tenderer in construction works as the prime contractor must be at least 10 years.b)The tenderers have to have Specific experience as a prime contractor in successful completion of at least 1 number of 4 storied RCC building plus minimum one basement including Civil, Sanitary, Internal Electrification works worth not less than TK.5000 lakh in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 5 years. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.c)Tenderers have to have a minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.10000 lakh during last 5 years.Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.d)Tenderers have to have Minimum liquid asset of value Tk.1700 lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Bank's undertaking for line of credit (In the form PW 3-7) in Original form which must be unconditional.e)Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum 7000 lakh.f)Tenderers have to enclose with Tender:i)Up-to-date Trade License ii)Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificateiii)Valid VAT Registration Certificate.iv)Up-to-date ABC and supervisory license of his own from Electricity Licensing Board,GoB.h)The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details i... - Documents:
