Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As Per TDS and STD1. The latest income tax and VAT orders issued by the government from time to time will be followed in paying bills.2. Work will commence once the site has been confirmed.3. Bills will be issued subject to the receipt of funds from the appropriate authorities. Any delay in the receipt of funds will result in a corresponding delay in the payment of bills; however, the work must continue without interruption.4. Before commencing field-level work, the design and drawings of all components, including the treatment plant, must be obtained from the appropriate consultant or consulting firm, and the work must be carried out in accordance with their instructions and guidance. This item has been included in the Bill of Quantities (BoQ).5. The Tenderer must submit a Valid and updated TIN Certificate, VAT Certificate, and Trade License.6. Some BoQ items may increase or decrease during implementation based on the final design.
