Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Minimum 5 years general experience in Civil construction works.2. At least one successfull completion of similar nature of works, during his genaral 5 years of experience period, with a value of minimum 30 lac taka from the date IFT publication.3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.35 lakhs over the last 5 years.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.17 lakhs i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) in the form prescribe in STD of CPTU,documents in other format are not acceptable and considered as non responsive.5. The intending tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).6. If Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10% above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.N.B: Pay order/ Bank Guarantee from the following bank will not be accepted. 1.
