Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a. Valid Contractor-s Trade License, NID card photo copy, Blue Book photo copy, TIN Certificate, BIN Certificate with Vat Registration and other-s related document (if any) must submit with Tender in e-GP system.b. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.c. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least BDT. 64,00,000.00 (Sixty Four Lakh.)d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) over the last 5 years.(2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24)e. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital of credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 27,00,000.00 (Twenty Seven Lakh).f. The amount of Tender Security is Tk. 3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh)g. The amount of Tender Capacity is Tk. 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lakh)
