Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Contractor's in Govt; Semi-Govt. and Autonomous Govt. Agencies, who have :(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 08 (Eight) years.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(One) contract(s) of similar nature (Parking Yard & Boundary wall) complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 9.00 (Nine) Crores. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper](c) Minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 5 (Five) years preceding the date of submission of tender is not less than Tk.16.00 Crores.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 3.50 crores. Liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) original certificate must not be issued before 2 (Two) months since the date of the tender opening and the tenderer should follow the Form as per CPTU format for line of credit.(e) The minimum capacity shall be:Tk. 11.00 Crores, Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.(f) The tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
