Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A Contractor's firm is working in Government, Semi government and autonomous bodies having the followings:(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(One) contract(s) of similar nature (Construction and Installation of Central Control Room with Related Accessories) complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 120.00 Lakhs. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper](c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.120 lakhs over the last 05 years.;years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper](d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 Lakhs; should follow the Form as per CPTU format for line of credit.(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 135.00 Lakhs, Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/corrent commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.(f) The tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
