  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Satisfactory completion of Civil works of at least Tk 50.00 Lac under maximum 10 of contract(s) over a period of 5 years shall be required in any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, State Owned Company/Utilities/Corporation.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]2. In the event of termination of the contract by Power Grid due to the failure of the contractor/consultant to implement the contracted works, the said contractor/consultant shall be debarred from participating in any tender process, either as the main contractor or as a partner contractor, for a period of three (3) years from the date of termination. This debarment condition shall be applicable for this tender.This clause is mandatory and is supposed to be included in all tender documents issued by this tender.
