  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of BDT 750.00 (Seven hundred fifty) Lacs in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BTD 950.00 (Nine hundred fifty) Lacs only Payment Certificate(s) will be considered for calculation of average annual construction turnover.4. The Minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities shall be BDT165.00 (one hundred sixty five) Lacs only.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 750.00 (Seven hundred fifty) Lacs.6. The tender must possess:(i) Up-to-date income Tax Clearance Certificate.(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.(iii) Up-to-date Trade License(iv) Up-to-date Electrical Supervisory License & ABC License(v) Attested copies of documents mentioned in Sl. No. (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) are to be submitted.7. The Tenderer must follow the instructions in Section-7,8 & 9 of ePW-3.
