Eligibility of Tenderer : 15.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (05) years (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system).15.1(b) Maximum Two (02) nos of Contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology with a minimum value Tk 10,00,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Crore) (Total value of all the contracts) wherein at least the works specified below have been successfully completed within the last Five (05) years as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor :i) HBB (Herring Bone Bond) Road Work is each with a value of at least Tk. 25 lakhii) RCC structures with pile Work is each with a value of at least Tk. 5.00 crore16.1(a)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20,00,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Crore) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. 16.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e Line of Credit of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7,00,00,000.00 (Taka Seven Crore only) .Note ITT 13.3 :To qualify for multiple number of contracts/lots in a package made up of this and other individual contracts/lots for which tenders are invited in the Invitation for Tenders, Tenderer shall demonstrate having resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts.
