Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Lift and Escalator and related services as supplier shall be 10 (Ten) years.2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying and installation of Similar Nature lifts and Escalator with maximum 02 (Two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least TK. 775.00 (Seven Hundred and Seventy Five) Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies /Private Organization of Bangladesh.Similar Nature Supply/Works Certificate issued by Executive Engineer of PWD or duly verified by Executive Engineer of PWD as per TDS. Otherwise the cerficate is not accepted or counted as non responsive.3. The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit line (s) (must be in the standard form of PG3-8 in original form) of TK. 850.00 (Eight Hundred and Fifty) Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable. (PG3-8 form attached in section-6). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.4. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (e-PG3-5) from lift manufacturer must be submitted. (e-PG3-6 form attached in section-6).5. Sole Agent/Distributorship certificate from both Lift and Escalator manufacturer must be submitted.6. Marked Catalogue & Technical specification both Lift and Escalator must be submitted.7. Terms and conditions of Lift & Escalator must be fulfilled (attached in section-6).8.
