Project Name : Construction of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre, Barishal(2nd revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:a) The minimum number of years of general experience in similar nature goods of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature goods (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Similar nature goods and related service with a value of at least Tk.190.00 (One Hundred and Ninty) Lakh in a Single Contract within last Five (05) years under Government/ Semi- Government/ Autonomous Bodies /Private Organization in Bangladesh.c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lakh. Letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as per STDd) The minimum production capacity of Precision type Air Conditioner System is not less than 5 times of tender amount in the current calendar year. Production capacity certificate from manufacturer is allowable only.e) The Tenderer must posses:(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (Up to date 9 Digit BIN) (iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license.f) The Tenderer must have Manufacturer Authorization Letter of Precision type Air Conditioner System and valid IRC Certificate.g)...
