Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The bidder must have minimum 5 years of general working experience as a Prime/Sub Contractor.Specific experience: Must have experience as Prime/ Sub contractor in satisfactory completion in Construction, installation, testing, commissioning of Power Transmission Line/Power Transformer Bay at 132 KV or Higher Voltage level Grid Sub-station. Aggregate value of maximum 02 (Two) similar contracts must be minimum BDT 4.0 (Four) crore within the last 05 (five) years from the date of IFT publication.Completion certificate for specific experience must be from any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous/ Corporation/Public Limited company.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be BDT 3.0 crore (Three crore only). Documents must be dated on or after the tender publication.The bidder must have Annual Construction Turnover of BDT 10 crore (Ten crore only) (Best 3 of last 5 years)Gantry Column/Beam, Equipment Structure supply must be ensured from the manufacturer who previously supplied directly or through EPC in PGCB. Manufacturer Authorization letter must be submitted.FAT of Gantry Column/Beam, Equipment Structure materials have to be completed by 02(Two) PGCB engineers. Cost of FAT witness is deemed to be included in bid price.The tenderer should have skilled Testing & Commissioning Engineers as well as test equipments for Electrical Sub-station.GTP of Busbar Protection Bay unit must be filled up with seal and sign from both bidder and manufacturer.The bidder must have Valid Trade License, BIN, TIN Certificate with updated Income Tax Certificate and ABC license.As stated in TDS
