Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor as follows:(i) At least 01 Museum/ Auditorium/Theatre Building with RCC structure successfully completed within the last 20(twenty) years with a value of at least Tk. 25,00,00,000.00 (Twenty five) crore.(ii) At least 01 Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRF Air Conditioning System successfully completed within the last 20(twenty) years with a value of at least Tk. 7,00,00,000.00 (Seven) crore.The above (i) and (ii) specific experience should have in a single contract or in seperate contract in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. (Date will be calculated from the date of publication of IFT). The experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer3). The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 30 (Thirty) Crore over the last best three (3) years in the last five (5) financial years. Financial year wise payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10 (Ten) Crore.5). The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 35,00,00,000.00 (35 crore)6.
