Description:
Project Name : Construction of multistoried building at Officer's Club campus, Dhaka
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in construction works.(b) Minimum specific experience as contractor of satisfactory completion of similar nature of works (outside Curtain Wall/Semi Unitized System glass work with aluminum frame) value of at least Tk.16 Crore (Sixteen Crore) in multistoried building completion certificate within last Five (05) years under Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh.(c) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk. 35.00 Crore (Thirty Five Crore) during last 5 (five) years . Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 Crore(Eight Crore). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 22.00 Crore (Twenty Two Crore)
