Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor shall be five(5) years.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature,complexity and methods/construction technology with value of not less than tk.12.00 (Twelve) Lakh in Govemment/Semi-Government/AutonomousOrganization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years.(c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 11.00 Lakh (eleven lakh) over the last five (5)years. Payment certificates must be submitted along with tender in support of averageannual construction turnover.(d) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 12.00 Lac (Twelve Lac). Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (e-PW2A-8)v) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 10.00 Lac.(vi) Documents of valid and Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board etc. shall be submitted.(vii) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled.
